Oct 26, 2016 · Prop balancing article was in Feb 2015 issue of Kitplanes magazine. I used a Harbor Freight static wheel balancer which works well for a 2-blade prop. You would have to make a fitting to allow prop to attach accurately to 1/2" dia balancing shaft. Balancing is done by spraying backside of light prop blade with spar varnish.
